Live Lessons

New to Neuro offers monthly continuing education to help you learn the skills you need to help your neuro patients.

These Live Lessons are based in evidence and experience. They include interventions you can apply directly to your patients.

Each session is 75 minutes long which includes time for live Q&A.  The cost $39 per lesson and includes a certificate for continuing education upon completion.* Recordings are also available if you can't make it live.

Neuro patients are already complex... add cog problems and treatment planning can feel overwhelming.

We know cognition is important, but how do we help our patients improve their attention and become aware of their problems? How do we help them improve their Executive Functioning so they can get back to work, parenting, driving, and more?

 

A.M.P. it Up! Functional Cognitive Rehab currently offers 2 courses that provides evidence-based strategies and experience-driven interventions to help you learn how to plan your treatment sessions and help improve your patients' functional cognition.

Managing Shoulder Subluxation

In this lesson we answer questions like:

  •  Is it safe to move a shoulder that's subluxed?

  • What evidence-based interventions should I be using with these patients?

  • Is it normal that the subluxation comes and goes?!

  • Should I use a sling? What about taping? 

  • How do I use e-stim for shoulder subluxation?
